Return policy:

 

Regular-priced items are refundable within 10 days of purchase. We require items to be unused, with original tags attached and an original receipt is required.

Sale items may be exchanged or given a store credit within 10 days of purchase. We require items to be unused, with original tags attached and an original receipt is required.

All clearance items are FINAL SALE.

All Sale eComm purchases are Final Sale. Regular priced items may be returned at buyers expense and will be refunded upon arrival back to store, in new condition with tags intact. 

Gifts purchased for Christmas are exchangeable/store credit from December 27 to Jan 4. No exchanges are accepted on December 26. Please keep your receipt for all warranty claims.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. 

Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.

FLAT RATE 10

A $10 fee will be applied to all orders that are delivered in BC.

FLAT RATE 20

A $20 fee will apply to all orders that are delivered to any province outside of BC. Please contact the store if you require shipping outside of Canada.

BIKES

Due to the size and weight of bikes, we only offer in-store pickup only, for online purchases.
